In 1953 Richard Fluker started a
small cricket farm that serviced bait shops in Southern Louisiana. After many years
of hard work, Fluker Farms expanded its production to the pet shop market, reserach
facilities, zoos, and universities. Now led by David Fluker, Fluker Farms has become the largest feeder insect producer in the
world serving thousands of customers both large and small. Fluker Farms is also
