Please read this page before signing up for a Fluker.com web site so there is no confusion about your responsibilities on Fluker.com, or my responsibilities as host. 1. I have leased server space and am sharing it at a reasonable cost to people who would like a Fluker.com site.
NOTE: If you are looking for the cheapest way possible to get a web site, you should know there are several places that offer free web space. Most internet service providers, including AOL offer some free web space. So why host with Fluker.com? At Fluker.com you can have a web address at "www. fluker. com", as well as a good set of features, and NEVER any advertising -- unless, of course, you put it there. 2. I claim no rights to any material that appears on you web page. Your material is yours and you may move it to any other web site, or use it in anyway you like, with the exceptions stated in lines 3, 4, and 5. 3. Please do not post copyrighted material on your page without the permission of the owner. If someone has an article you would like on your page, link to it, don't copy it. NOTE: Some free web page services hold copyrights on everything on their web site including your pages. Check your contract before copying things from your old web page to your Fluker.com page. 4. Fluker.com is a family site, both literally and figuratively. Please keep your pages rated PG-13 at most, with no pornographic, ultra violent, gruesome, or "hate" material. 5. And although spam is really an e-mail issue, no spam or bulk mailings may be sent from Fluker.com's mail server. |
